Job summary

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an Aftermarket Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Holland, MI. You will oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and movement of materials to support manufacturing and automation projects, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining compliant documentation.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics or supply chain, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Forklift license can be obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, material management or supply chain environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts if required.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including LTL and small parcel services.
• Manage inventory storage, line-side material delivery, and staging of materials.
• Maintain documentation for purchasing, receiving, and accounting; resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize material flow.
