JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an Aftermarket Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Holland, MI. You will oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and movement of materials to support manufacturing projects, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and maintaining strong carrier relationships.

This full-time hourly role requires 3+ years in logistics or supply chain, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Competenze

• 3+ years' experience in logistics, material management or supply chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Hi-Lo (Forklift) and Overhead Crane license obtainable while employed at JR Automation.

Mansioni

• Oversee receipt, inspection, storage and movement of materials to support manufacturing and automation projects.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and maintain relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
• Support inventory management, material handling, and line-side stocking throughout the facility.
• Ensure purchasing, receiving, and accounting documentation is accurately routed and filed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve material flow and project support.
• Maintain on-site fleet sign-out and vehicle tracking as needed.
• Provide on-site support while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
