Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations; safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salaried and hourly staff; address performance issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to align on needs and schedules.
• Manage payroll for employees and oversee accounts payable and invoicing.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report profitability to leadership.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
