Job summary

Cargomatic in Bloomington, CA is hiring for a full-time Operations Support role. This onsite position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, focusing on daily terminal and delivery operations, coordinating drivers and dock activity, and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery performance.

You will provide high‑level customer and driver support, maintain driver records, track shipments, and support continuous improvement initiatives through weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer support and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems in real time.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and operational support.
• Coordinate with drivers and dock supervisors during daily operations.
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate driver records including times, routes, and special handling instructions.
• Track and trace shipments to meet service expectations.
• Attend weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manually build jobs when required and input rate adjustments.
• Oversee pickup dispatch management and B2B/B2C assignments.
• Provide ETAs for key customer accounts as requested.
