Job summary

Partners Professional in Sacramento is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for a project-based assignment, onsite, with pay of $29.12/hr. The role focuses on using Warehouse Management Systems to support receivers, generate reports, and manage inbound/outbound shipments.

The position involves coordinating with carriers and internal teams, preparing pick/packing lists, and directing drivers. Training is provided; start is late October with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential shift variations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of order entry systems.
• Previous customer service experience in warehouse, distribution and/or logistics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be computer savvy and have the ability to pick up quickly on new processes and procedures with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically (WMS).
• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Prepare and generate pick lists, packing lists, POD recovery, etc. for inbound or outbound activities.
• Effectively communicate with carriers, customers, operations, and management.
• Performs clerical duties such as filing, inbound/outbound phone calls, use of radio, data entry, etc.
• Verify and receive product into inventory.
• Direct yard drivers and commercial drivers to the correct dock doors/parking slips based on inbound/outbound schedule.

Job description

Location: Sacramento, CA 95837. Full time, 100% onsite, Pay: $29.12/hr.

Project based role from October 2026-August 2027. Paid training provided M-F 8am-5pm then transition into preferred shift. Expected start date: late October 2027.

Schedules:

• Weekday PM (possible M-TH 6pm-4:30am)

YOUR ROLE

The Dispatch Coordinator utilizes Warehouse Management Systems to work with receivers to supply paperwork and generate reporting for all receiving activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
