CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator onsite in Charlotte. You will be the first point of contact for customers and installers, handling inquiries, scheduling, and issue resolution within SLAs.

You will manage service orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate documentation and updates. A background in logistics customer service and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics customer service or related transport fields.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient data entry and CRM usage.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with timely customer support.
• Provide service time windows and follow-up on services.
• Process warm leads and help with product sales
• Record and escalate issues to CRST managers as needed.
• Manage service orders and update documentation in systems.
• Track installer escalations and communicate with supervisors.
• Complete daily tasks like inventory checks and paperwork.
• Resolve escalations within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate between customers, service teams, and internal departments.
