Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in logistics customer service (transportation, distribution, or related industry).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and customer management systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound Whirlpool customer calls with timely information and support.
• Provide service time windows to customers and perform follow-ups.
• Receive leads and process product sales quickly and accurately.
• Record, track, and escalate issues to Whirlpool and CRST managers.
• Manage service orders and update Whirlpool’s systems with accurate data.
• Track installer escalations and report updates to supervisors.
• Perform daily tasks like inventory scans and paperwork.
• Resolve Whirlpool escalations within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate between Whirlpool customers, CRST teams, and internal departments.
