Job summary

Doka USA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for the Dallas Branch in McKinney, TX. You will support the Operations team by meeting delivery schedules, coordinating load scheduling, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment on customer job sites.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication, analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining DOT compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English in speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate load scheduling with Yard and Operations Manager.
• Ensure loading/unloading procedures and documentation are accurate.
• Monitor freight costs and approve freight invoices per quotes.
• Maintain vehicle inspection records and ensure DOT compliance.
• Ensure trucks comply with height and weight restrictions.
