The ideal candidate has logistics/transport coordination experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or operations.
• Experience with customers, suppliers, vendors, or carriers.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing demands.
• High attention to data accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities between producers, customers, and haulers.
• Schedule and communicate transportation pickup and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate production, shipment, and receiving records.
• Monitor shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Research and resolve discrepancies between suppliers and customers.
• Generate month-end logistics and operational reports.
• Manage inventory and supply distribution activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
