Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in meeting logistics and/or facility services or call center ops
• Familiarity with government contracts preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor EMS twice daily for event schedules, requirements, and service orders.
• Oversee setup of conference rooms per forms and layouts.
• Direct full lifecycle of logistics for conferences, including furniture, storage, and water service.
• Coordinate with Event Coordinators and AV Technicians daily.
• Provide supervision to Logistics Technicians and ensure shift coverage.
• Maintain inventory logs for furniture and equipment and ensure proper reporting of damages.
