Job summary

Intuit seeks tax professionals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice in a new local TurboTax location. You will collaborate with specialists to cover personal and business taxes, and you’ll grow the local client base through community outreach.

Onsite role with potential for in-person and virtual client interactions, using Intuit tools to ensure a seamless, end-to-end experience for customers year-round.85

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex personal and business tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists for business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
