Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location. You will provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance, while connecting clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem for long-term support and community engagement.

You will build relationships, deliver personalized service, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and broad tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes under law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping payroll advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office hours 8:00–17:00 local, ≥20 hours/week; may scale up during tax season.
• Must complete required training and development; uniforms provided; may be featured in advertising using your name/photo.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
