Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at on-site locations across the United States.

You will work closely with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions in a community-focused role. You will engage with clients in person and via virtual channels, grow the local client base, and participate in local events.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement and targeted outreach.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a Best in Class customer experience both in person and virtually.
