Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance at local TurboTax locations. You will help clients navigate complex tax situations and collaborate with a nationwide team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local business growth, and cross-selling Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning, with a strong focus on customer relationship building.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, min 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete trainings including compliance and cross-training.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local/online TurboTax presence; tax tips/content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic advisory experience preferred.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem for additional services.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure end-to-end service in meetings.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience via in-person and video interactions.
