Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join one of our new local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, client advisory services, and community outreach in an in-person setting.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide a complete financial picture for each client, building trust and long-term relationships within your local market.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, with flexible hours during peak season.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
