Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while partnering with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an end-to-end client experience. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, foster long-term relationships, and participate in community events with marketing support to build a thriving

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge and tax-law familiarity.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office (8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/wk).
• Willing to complete all required training; uniform wear; represent Intuit publicly.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystems like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Engage with events and partnerships to drive local market growth.
