Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of tax professionals, connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory resources to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.

You will be an ambassador in your community, grow the local client base, and use TurboTax marketing tools to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00 local time; at least 20 hours/week.
• Complete required training and development; uniforms and advertising usage may apply.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
