Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location. You will build trusted relationships with clients, connect them with the Intuit ecosystem, and drive local growth through community outreach, events, and partnerships.

The role blends in-person service with digital tools, offering a path to broader financial advisory work within Intuit.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for community outreach.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive loyalty.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) within the ecosystem.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Engage with clients to help them achieve financial goals and long-term prosperity.
