Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our new TurboTax locations across the United States. On-site tax preparation and expert advice will be your core focus, while you connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You’ll collaborate with specialists, grow your local client base through outreach, and provide in-person and virtual support with a service-first mindset. Training and marketing resources back your success.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ 1040s) with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours/week between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
