Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work onsite with a team, serve in-person and virtual clients, and help connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services. You’ll build relationships, attract new clients, and deliver a best-in-class experience while abiding by training and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for full service delivery across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
