Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise, community engagement, and hands-on service for both in-person and virtual clients.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert advice, and coordinate with specialists to address complex scenarios. You’ll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a seamless end‑to‑end Intuit

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience preparing 1040 federal/state returns.
• Familiar with tax laws and using professional software.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location is required.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and reviews.
• Coordinate with specialists for end-to-end service.
• Grow local client base and community presence.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
