Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support for clients onsite. You will collaborate with a team of specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to provide an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You’ll grow the local business by attracting new clients, maintaining relationships, and leveraging TurboTax marketing resources while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax regulations.
• Willingness to upsell additional services and advisory offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax expertise and prepare TurboTax clients' returns, including complex scenarios.
• Engage in local growth activities to attract new clients and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Conduct client discovery sessions, tax reviews and planning discussions.
• Utilize marketing tools and resources to expand local presence.
