Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide in-person and virtual tax services, advise on complex tax scenarios, and connect clients with a wider Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.

Build local relationships and champion a best-in-class customer experience. You will work onsite, engage with the community, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering accurate tax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete mandatory training and wear provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex cases.
• Act as a community ambassador to build local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships to convert transactions into long-term loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients to achieve financial goals.
