Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040s for individuals.
• Willingness to work onsite 20 hours/week, Mon-Fri.
• Proficiency with tax software and CRM systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Bridge clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support clients with in-person and virtual meetings using Intuit tools and resources.
