Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and software support, while engaging with the local community to build lasting client relationships.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services, expand TurboTax’s presence locally, and deliver the full Intuit experience year-round.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years in paid tax return preparation (1040) with professional software.
• Willing to train in additional Intuit services and stay onsite.
• Must reside in the United States and have eligible state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Support clients across personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews with clear, plain language.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic financial services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
