Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, building deep client relationships and coordinating with a team of specialists for a complete financial picture. You will grow the local client base, deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes, including planning and advisory

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - actively build and grow a new local customer base for TurboTax.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with Intuit solutions and services.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust with clients for year-round support.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional and helpful service across in-person and video interactions.
