Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations in the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and build local relationships.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, advise on tax planning, and integrate with a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Expect in-person and virtual client meetings and growth through local outreach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with a team of tax and advisory specialists.
