Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized service at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will collaborate with a team of financial specialists and engage with local clients both in person and virtually.

You’ll drive growth by building local relationships and guiding clients toIntuit’s broader services, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end experience and year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience, including 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete TurboTax client preparations, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit video tools to resolve questions.
