Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail or Flagship location experts to deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities. You’ll own client relationships, provide tax strategy, and collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists onsite.

You’ll help customers navigate complex tax scenarios, grow the local TurboTax client base, and represent Intuit in the community while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients per season

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients (consumer and business).
• Assist with deductions, planning, and complex tax situations; deliver tax strategy and guidance.
• Develop relationships and cross-sell bookkeeping, payroll, and related services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement as a TurboTax Expert.
