Job summary

Builder Finance Inc. is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist in Sioux Falls, SD for an onsite role focused on accurate financial data processing.

You will input new loans, update outstanding balances, send checks and wires, set up ACH payments, handle missed payments, and verify recipient information, with a strong emphasis on precision. This position emphasizes on-site work with no travel; a collaborative, methodical approach and familiarity with banking software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with similar work experience inside of a bank or other financial institution.
• The right candidate is one that thinks methodically and is grounded and collaborative.
• Experience with Jack Henry Silver Lake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input data of new loans into banking software
• Update outstanding loans in banking software. For example, reflect drawdowns, payments, extensions, modifications, and payoffs.
• Send checks and wires to clients and title companies as directed.
• Setup recurring ACH payments for clients
• Handle missed and failed payments
• Verify and update fund recipient information.
