Job summary

BankWest in Pierre, SD, seeks a loan servicing specialist to develop budgets in Construct software and handle construction loan documentation and servicing with accuracy and confidentiality.

You will ensure data integrity, support initial budgets with the Business Development Officer, process draws, and provide reporting on project status, while serving as back-up for lending software and training staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years' experience in related field.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking terminology and procedures.
• Adhere to Federal Privacy Standards and BankWest requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a budget in the software and process construction loan draw requests.
• Maintain integrity of the lending system and data for all projects.
• Activate new loans and maintenance for all loan types daily.
• Respond to inquiries regarding input requirements for mainframe, payment processing, regulatory items.
• Back up lending software and train employees.
• Back up on ordering Residential real estate appraisals.
• Work as a team on projects and committees.
• Participate in training and Quality Service programs.
• Adhere to BankWest policies.
