• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy and encouragement to achieve branch goals.
• Develop connections with customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms clearly.
