Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and results aligned with branch goals.
• Develop connections and engage customers throughout loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Demonstrate passion and a goal-oriented attitude to drive results.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
