As part of our branch, you’ll manage the loan lifecycle, engage customers through multiple channels, and educate them on optional protections while meeting branch goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
