Job summary

ABB is seeking a Resident Service Site Manager to oversee ABB MV drives and motors at a customer LNG facility in Portland, Texas. You will lead maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and coordinate outages while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring system reliability.

The role reports to the Field Service Leader and requires hands-on supervision, planning and technical guidance to drive performance and on-site safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or technical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field service or maintenance management.
• Ability to communicate with all levels from technicians to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance and reliability of ABB MV drives and motors at the facility.
• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of ABB equipment and diagnose complex issues.
• Plan and execute maintenance strategies, outages, and improvements with the customer.
• Provide expert recommendations on spare parts and system reliability.
• Deliver high-quality service reports and maintain stakeholder communication.
