Raytheon, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks an experienced cybersecurity engineer to guide production and test equipment security compliance. You will support flight test capabilities and develop secure TE across Linux, IOS, and Windows environments.

The role focuses on installing updates, troubleshooting TE, and collaborating with Digital Technologies and Cybersecurity to maintain test integrity on-site in El Segundo, CA. A DoD Secret clearance is required day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience including Linux systems administration.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and security tooling.
• Familiarity with package management and repository management.
• U.S. citizen with DoD Secret clearance day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity compliance guidance for production/TE procurement.
• Support flight test capabilities for Raytheon test systems.
• Develop cybersecurity compliant test equipment (Linux, IOS, Windows).
• Install software packages/updates to TE to enhance operations.
• Troubleshoot TE connectivity, functionality, compliance, and test integrity.
