Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in relevant roles.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Experience with enterprise technologies and system administration related to RHEL, Active Directory, WSUS, VMware, Backup Exec, NetBackup, and Windows.
• Experience managing large storage environments (HPE MSA, NetApp).
• Experience with Ivanti, Symantec, Splunk, Tenable and Nessus products.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain an enterprise Linux environment including system administration, networking, performance monitoring/tuning, security hardening, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct disaster recovery and business continuity planning and execute data backups and restores.
• Monitor security infrastructure and mitigate threats with enterprise security platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement new IT infrastructure.
• Provide 24x7 operational support as needed.
