Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent role.
• Experience supporting non-residential construction projects, preferably pharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Must be able to travel and work onsite 25% or more.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Superintendent for oversight of work progress and subcontractor manpower.
• Coordinate correct work between trades and ensure safety and contract compliance.
• Assist with collecting on-site testing, inspection, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings for close-out.
• Help develop and monitor preconstruction, construction, and closeout plans.
• Support project safety objectives and subcontractor oversight.
• Document quality work through as-built walk-downs and daily activity logs.
