Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services in Blue Bell, PA, seeks an Assistant Superintendent to join our team on a project site in Upper Merion, PA. You will support the Site Superintendent with oversight of progress, subcontractors, and coordination across trades, ensuring safety and alignment with contracts and schedules.

You will help collect on-site testing reports, inspection records, O&M manuals, and As-Built drawings for close-out, with opportunities to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent role.
• Experience supporting non-residential construction projects is required, preferably on technically complex projects such as pharmaceutical, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, mission critical, or industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Superintendent for oversight of work progress, subcontractor manpower, and correct work coordination between trades.
• Assist in ensuring subcontractor and vendor work is completed safely and in compliance with contract documents and project schedule.
• Assist with collecting and assembling on-site testing reports, inspection reports, O&M manuals, and As-Built Drawings for close-out documentation.
