Job summary
Vallen is seeking an Onsite Technician II focused on Life Safety Services to install, inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems for established customers on a scheduled basis. You will perform service calls, conduct system testing, provide on-site troubleshooting, and ensure accurate documentation for invoicing.
The role supports installation and ITM across a range of life safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, gas detection, and more.
Qualifications
- High School or GED required.
- Minimum 2 Certifications in a fire protection related field.
- WBS Construction 1-3 yrs. exp.
- RME-I (if applicable).
- Mechanically inclined with ability to repair and service life safety systems.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
Responsibilities
- Install and/or inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems and equipment for customers on schedule.
- Conduct service calls and on-site troubleshooting.
- Prepare accurate Technician worksheets (TWS) and reports.
- Provide customer service in life safety system installation/ITM.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and submitted for invoicing.
