Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Service Technician II to service Life Safety Systems for established customers. You will install, inspect, test, and maintain life safety equipment on a scheduled basis, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The role requires basic certifications, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work in varied environments, indoors and outdoors. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; basic technical aptitude preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Experience with life safety systems or similar equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls for life safety systems and equipment.
• Test and inspect life safety systems per prescribed standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and perform ITM activities.
• Prepare technician worksheets and reports accurately.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of life safety systems.
