Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking an Onsite Technician II focused on Life Safety Services within the Vallen Safety Services Group. You will install, inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems for established customers on a scheduled basis.

The role requires knowledge of life safety systems, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to follow safety standards in varied environments. Willingness to travel onsite and uphold safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 certifications in fire protection field.
• 1–3 years Fire Alarm or WBS Construction experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conducting service calls.
• Systems testing and inspections to the prescribed standards.
• Performing on-site emergency troubleshooting and maintaining Life Safety Systems.
• Installing Life Safety Systems.
• Providing customer service in installation and/or ITM of Life Safety Systems.
• Preparing testing and repair documentation for invoicing.
• Maintain required documentation and licenses; read and follow English instructions.
