Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking an Onsite Technician II to perform installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of Life Safety Systems for established customers. This role emphasizes adherence to NFPA and OSHA standards and requires strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills.

The candidate will service a range of life safety equipment, complete detailed worksheets, and coordinate with customers to ensure minimal downtime while maintaining compliance and safety across various sites in

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
Minimum of two certifications in fire protection related field.
Experience with life safety systems is preferred.
Must be mechanically inclined and able to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct service calls to install, inspect, test and maintain life safety systems.
Perform system testing and inspections to prescribed standards.
Provide on-site troubleshooting and maintenance for Life Safety Systems.
Identify code issues and discrepancies.
Prepare accurate Technician worksheets and reports in a timely manner.
Install Life Safety Systems and related equipment.
Deliver customer service related to ITM work and documentation.
Ensure proper documentation for invoicing and customer records.
