Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a VSS Temp Technician I to install, inspect, test, and maintain Life Safety Systems for established customers. You will handle on-site service calls, perform system testing, and coordinate with customers to ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing accurate worksheets, documenting work, and adhering to NFPA, OSHA, and state regulations while supporting warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Experience with life safety systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and inspect Life Safety Systems and perform service calls.
• Test and inspect systems to prescribed standards; on-site troubleshooting.
• Prepare Technician Worksheets (TWS) and reports.
• Provide customer service for installation/ITM of Life Safety Systems.
• Follow regulatory standards (State, OSHA, NFPA).
• Assist in shipping/receiving and distribute items to personnel.
