Vallen is seeking an Onsite Technician II in Life Safety Services to install, inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems for established customers. This role focuses on scheduled ITM activities and on-call service, ensuring compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and state regulations.

Candidates should have high school education with certifications in fire protection and excellent communication skills. A valid driver license and the ability to work in varied environments are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot and repair life safety systems.
• Proficient with basic hand tools and reading technical instructions.
• Must read, write and comprehend English for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site ITM testing and maintenance of life safety systems.
• Conduct service calls and on-site troubleshooting.
• Inspect and test life safety equipment to code and company standards.
• Prepare accurate technician worksheets and reports for invoicing.
