Job summary

Sentral is seeking a Sales Specialist to lease homes and drive resident satisfaction on-site at our Austin property. You will manage leasing, show homes, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance and the Experience team to ensure a smooth resident lifecycle.

The role emphasizes a can-do attitude, ownership of the customer experience, and ability to work Tuesday–Saturday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with on-site presence in a dynamic hospitality-driven community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service-related role and 1 year in apartment leasing or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and sales ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and diffuse customer concerns.
• Proficiency in basic computer software and property management tools.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral's standards, policies, and commitment to service excellence.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to ensure they feel valued.
• Oversee daily leasing responsibilities and coordinate with policy standards.
• Coordinate welcome process for new residents and guests.
• Assist with office management and clerical tasks.
• Record and update resident and guest information in the property management system.
