Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, with duties including tours, leasing, and move-ins.

The role emphasizes customer service, leasing paperwork, and data accuracy, while contributing to marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives. Strong knowledge of on-site software, Fair Housing, and OSHA basics are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing functions to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, and follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing plans.
