Job summary

Asset Living, a fast-growing property management firm, is seeking a Community Assistant in the United States. This role covers leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property with regular onsite presence. You will show, lease, tour, and complete all leasing paperwork for new residents.

The job requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Strong customer service and leasing abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; basic computer skills.
• Must understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• On-site software functions familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, show, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour property and sign a lease.
• Close sales; make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and turn process.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
