Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a property. The role requires regular on-site presence, showing units, qualifying prospects, tours, and signing leases.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist in lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase property traffic and leasing.
