Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for our property. This role requires daily on-site presence, the ability to tour communities, qualify prospects, and secure leases while maintaining accurate records and providing strong customer service.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, and the ability to handle leasing paperwork, assist with audits, and support resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn process.
• Maintain sales data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts to drive property traffic and leasing goals.
• Handle resident inquiries and assist in retention efforts.
